6 points submitted 1 month agoI don think the standings for the top 10 at Olympia or IPF worlds would be the same if steroids didn exist. Some people react differently than others. This is totally made up and dumbed down, but the guy in 20th place might be the best if everyone wasn using, except he can handle a higher dosage/doesn respond the same as the guy in 1st.(Before anyone jumps on me, I not saying the only difference in 20th and 1st place is dosage/usage, it just an example saying that steroids don elevate everyone equally.)LaughingMask9 1 point submitted 2 months agoI started to go to the gym about 3 months ago and decided to follow 5/3/1 beginner routine which I found here on reddit.
